On the reverse of the Postcard, Elizabeth is writing to John McCallum arranging to meet at Cargill's Corner in South Dunedin on Saturday Night. She also invites John to visit her before then, as well as informing him that her nephew in Gore is in hospital because he has been badly burnt.
